SO glad you asked. While I absolutely LOVE fitness & nutrition, I like other things too! I have a seriously obsession with donuts and baking is one of my favorite hobbies. I recently moved to Colorado and I have loved spending my free time getting to know the city and spending time with my close friends. I listen (and shake my 🍑) to music 24/7 - check me out on Spotify! A balanced life keeps me happy :)

Why personal training?

There is nothing like watching someone go from feeling insecure or unhealthy to feeling like the King or Queen they are! Helping people find inner strength and uncovering confidence is something I wouldn't give up for the world. Knowing that I have helped someone on their health and fitness journey is so rewarding.

I don't know anything about health & fitness - should I start somewhere else?

I am here to guide you no matter where you are on your health and fitness journey. I customize plans for each individual client to fit their unique needs and to help them identify and reach their goals.

I don't have a gym membership - but I want to get in shape... what do I do?

You're in luck! You don't NEED a gym membership to start getting in shape. I have crafted some at-home fitness plans that could work great for you. This program pairs particularly well with my recipe suggestions and grocery list - fitness & nutrition go hand-in-hand.

I am scared I won't be able to stick with it...

Something I've found with myself and with my clients, friends and family that is SO IMPORTANT is that you have to find something you enjoy to sustain it and make it a lifestyle. If weights aren't your jam, try some classes, pure barre, hiking, walks with your dog, roller blading - WHATEVER! Just do the damn thing! There are a million ways to switch things up, keep it interesting and sustainable AND crush your goals!​
